I started AY & Associates, LLC because I believed — and still believe — that the right conversation at the right time can change the entire trajectory of a person's life. Today I go by AYACOACH — it's the title I coach under, and the one anyone joining this practice will carry too.

I've coached entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and career pivoters — people who knew something needed to shift but couldn't yet name what. I've sat with ambition and exhaustion in the same room, on both sides of the table.

Then I went back to school. I completed my PhD in behavioral science, earned my CPCC coaching credential, and I'm now a Postdoctoral Fellow pursuing licensure. I've since built two ways of working under AYA: individual coaching for pivots, burnout, and reinvention, and team coaching for founders and creative entrepreneurs through the specific psychological shifts that come with each new stage of growth.

I hold a PhD, a CPCC credential, and am completing a postdoctoral fellowship toward licensure. I am currently unlicensed and am not a licensed psychologist or therapist — coaching is not therapy. It is also not small.
